The JCC has been selected as a venue for Heartland Film’s Indy Shorts International Film Festival! Spend the afternoon at the J in Laikin Auditorium for award winning short films from the Joyce Forum Jewish Short Film Festival in San Diego. These films promote awareness, appreciation and pride in the diversity of the Jewish people.

Films to be screened include:

  • Leftovers

  • The Red House

  • The Driver is Red

  • Die Abriese (The Departure)

  • Egg Cream

There is also a screening of different short films at 3:30 pm, including The Secret Life of Muslims (discussion with the filmmaker follows).
